Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Credits (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and a code will be assigned so you can deduct the credit on a future purchase.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. However, some exceptions may apply, contact info@mandarinaboutiquepr.com if you have any questions.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
At Mandarina Boutique, we want you to have the best experience and the best value for your money. That’s why, for a limited time, we are including the cost of basic shipping to Puerto Rico and the United States.
Please make sure to select the most economical shipping option available. Even though all options may appear as free, if you choose a different one, you will need to pay the difference. In that case, we will send you a separate invoice.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
